Be Part of Our Football Family!

We’re always looking for fantastic people to join our club behind the scenes — and there’s a role for everyone! Whether you’re football-mad or just want to lend a helping hand, you’ll find a way to get involved and be part of something special.

If you love being on the pitch, why not consider coaching or managing? You’ll help run training sessions, develop players’ skills, plan match tactics and support your team on game days. You don’t need to have experience — we’ll support you every step of the way, with opportunities to complete FA and UEFA certified coaching courses.

Not sure coaching is for you? Welfare Officer roles are just as important. You’ll play a vital role in safeguarding, ensuring all our players feel safe, happy and supported. As a Welfare Officer, you’ll be the friendly, approachable contact for any concerns, helping to create a positive environment where everyone can thrive.

Or maybe you’d prefer to help behind the scenes — there are plenty of small ways to make a big difference! You could help collect player subs, organise lifts for away matches, plan fundraising events like cake sales or quiz nights, or join the Parents Committee to support club decisions and organise social events. However much time you can give, it all helps keep our club running smoothly.

With over 250 girls and women playing across 17 teams under our AALGIFC banner, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved — and we guarantee plenty of laughs along the way. It's a rewarding way to support local women’s and girls’ football and watch amazing things happen on and off the pitch.
