Inclusive Adults

Welcome to our amazing Inclusive adult football community!

We have two brilliant teams competing in the Leicestershire Adults Inclusive Football League - our Purple Premiership team and our Red Championship team. We all train together every Thursday evening (6:30-7:30pm) at John Ferneley College 3G, LE13 1LH, with our FA and UEFA qualified coaches Heidi and Lone.

 

Our inclusive section has been running for over 20 years now because we want football to be for everyone. Whether you're 16 or 60, have a disability, impairment, long-term health condition or may not thrive in the mainstream football scene, you'll find your home with us.

Last season was incredibly successful for both teams! Our Purple Team had an amazing season, winning the Premiership division AND the Rudkin Cup, before reaching the County Cup final where they were narrowly beaten on penalties. They also earned the League Respect trophy, recognising their excellent sportsmanship throughout the season. Meanwhile, our Red Team had a brilliant season too, reaching the Rudkin Cup final and finishing second in their league - they're determined to go one better this season! 

 

We love a good trophy celebration, however, what we're most proud of is our incredible team spirit and supportive environment. We understand that each of our players has their own individual needs which makes them who they are, and we are passionate about creating a space where everyone can enjoy football whilst being completely themselves.
