U10 Diamonds

Welcome to our U10s, a great bunch of girls who are developing into a strong group of footballers with a fantastic attitude towards learning. This will be the third year together for most of the girls, alongside a few new additions and a new management team, so it promises to be an exciting season ahead.

We are a close-knit team who are always smiling and, most importantly, support each other both on and off the pitch. For us, it’s simple: have fun, do your best and be willing to learn. We want the girls to enjoy their football, grow in confidence and develop as players, whatever their ability.

The team has already enjoyed some fantastic experiences, including winning the Lutterworth Tournament in 2025 and the Burbage Tournament in 2026, as well as being runners-up at the East Goscote Tournament in 2026. They have also played at the All Star Super Cup at St George’s Park in 2024 and ESF in 2026.

​

Looking ahead, we want to continue seeing the girls improve, develop our own style of football and learn more about the game, while always playing fairly, supporting one another and, most importantly, enjoying their football.

We train on Wednesday evenings, 5:30–7:00pm, at Longfield Spencer Academy, LE13 0BN (summer) and 5:30-6:30pm John Ferneley College 3G, LE13 1LH (winter).

Remember: it’s not where you start your journey, it’s that you take the first step. There is no end target, just the opportunity to enjoy something new, make friends, build confidence and see where the journey takes you.
