Our Welfare Team

The safety, wellbeing and happiness of everyone in our club community is our top priority. We're committed to creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment where everyone feels respected and valued – whether you're a player, coach, volunteer or supporter.

Our welfare team is led by Lead Welfare Officer Jordan Reek and made up of close to 20 dedicated individuals who are all qualified in the FA's safeguarding and welfare courses for both youth and adult players. We work across all our teams – from our tots at 4 years old right through to our adult players aged 18+, including our inclusive teams.

If you need us, you can easily get in touch through our dedicated welfare team email (just click the button below) which is monitored by Lead Welfare Officer Jordan, or chat with us at training sessions and match days. You'll spot us around the club wearing our branded AALGIFC training kit with WELFARE on the back or look out for our pink welfare lanyards!

We have policies in place to protect everyone in our club community – just click on any of the declaration or policy buttons below to read more.

Remember, we're always here if you need us – don't hesitate to reach out!
