U9 Diamonds

Our Diamonds are shining brightly as we get ready for our first 7-a-side season at Under 9s!

 

After a brilliant first year together, the girls have made huge progress both individually and as a team. Over the summer they’ve enjoyed great success, winning the Conference Trophy at the Groby Tournament and the Europa League Trophy at the Leicester City Ladies Tournament, and have proven themselves as one of the top teams in the county, competing in the Platinum Division. We’re also incredibly proud to see some of the girls earning trial opportunities with both Leicester City and Nottingham Forest — a fantastic reflection of their hard work and development so far.

The bond within this team is something really special — full of smiles, support and friendships both on and off the pitch. Our brilliant parent group help create a true football family, making sure every match and tournament is full of fun and great memories. As we step into the bigger pitch and new challenges of 7-a-side football, we’re excited to keep growing — and we’re always open to welcoming new players who are ready to join the fun and take on the challenge with us!

We train Wednesdays 6-7pm at Long Field Spencer Academy (summer), LE13 0BN and 5:30-6:30pm John Ferneley 3G, LE13 1LH (winter).
